Visit our Plans page to compare Basic, Standard, and Premium coverage side by side. Filter by coverage type and see exactly what each plan includes — preventive care, restorative work, orthodontics, and more.

Select the Right Plan
Once you've found the plan that fits your needs and budget, click Enroll. You'll be taken directly to the enrollment flow with your chosen plan pre-selected — no need to re-enter anything.
You can switch plans at any time during open enrollment. Coverage levels and pricing are clearly displayed before you commit.
Enter Your Information
Fill in your personal details — name, date of birth, address, and contact info. Everything is encrypted and transmitted securely. The whole form takes about two minutes to complete.
Have your email address handy — your confirmation and member ID will be sent there immediately after enrollment.
Review and Submit
Before submitting, you'll see a full summary of your selected plan and personal information. Double-check everything, then click Submit Application. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Read the coverage summary carefully. If anything looks off, you can go back and edit before submitting.
Get Covered
Coverage begins on the first of the month following your enrollment date. You'll receive a confirmation email right away and your physical member ID card within 7–10 business days.
You can start using your benefits as soon as your coverage effective date arrives — no need to wait for the physical card.
